Cavalleria Toscana SPA has been offering its customers high quality products dedicated to the world of horse riding, with specific regard to horse accessories, for over thirty years. The site allows to see the products showcase and to proceed to the direct purchase, through the e-commerce section.

Browsing the site by the minor User presupposes and implies the authorization and supervision of the parents or those who exercise parental authority or guardianship, who will therefore assume all responsibility for the minor's actions towards Cavalleria Toscana SPA and third parties involved in any way. Registration and the services made available through this website are permitted exclusively to users of legal age. We do not accept consent from persons under 18 years of age; therefore, by accessing services that require the provision of personal data, the User warrants that he or she is of legal age. Online purchases

The site allows you to find Cavalleria Toscana SPA items and to purchase a wide range of items. If you wish to buy one or more of our items, you can select them one at a time, adding them to your virtual shopping cart. Once all the items of interest have been added to the shopping cart, you can proceed to place your order. The site will provide a summary page of the items selected, their price and options, with related costs, for delivery.
The User will be asked to confirm the purchase and to indicate the solution chosen for delivery, transport and payment method. We invite you to always check the correctness of your order before completing the purchase phase (e.g. product, quantity, size, colour, etc.).
After placing the order, you will receive a message to your e-mail address confirming receipt of the purchase order. The purchase and sale contract concluded between the User and Cavalleria Toscana SPA will be considered concluded at this point. If the User does not receive any confirmation of the order within the term of 10 days, the relative order shall be considered as refused and, therefore, ineffective.
In case the items included in the order are not available, Cavalleria Toscana SPA will promptly inform the User and refund the amounts already paid.
The delivery time expressed in working days, indicated if possible already in the order confirmation, includes only working days, between Monday and Friday included, with express exclusion of holidays. The total price indicated in the order confirmation message constitutes the final price, including VAT and transport and delivery costs.

Payment methods

To make purchases through the site is possible to use different payment methods such as credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or Scalapay. The buyer agrees to receive invoices and credits exclusively in electronic format.
If you buy with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.

Returns and refunds

Below are the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds of items purchased online in our shop.
As long as the items are still in their original condition - i.e. unused, in their original packaging, with the original labels and complete in all parts - we accept returns at no additional charge, according to the following rules:

in the case of the purchase of customised products, it is not possible to make returns or refunds due to second thoughts, unless there are anomalies of a structural nature (faulty garment, print with obvious defects, etc.) or due to errors on the part of the manufacturer that make the product not conform to the order;

• requests for returns and refunds must be sent by email to customercare@cavalleriatoscana.it. Requests received by other means will not be accepted;
• in order to proceed with the refund of the full amount paid, requests must be received no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the item. In this case, the full amount paid for the item will be refunded on the same payment method used to place the order;
• a refund requested after these deadlines will be refunded at our sole discretion;
• in the event that a return is shipped after the required time, we may have to return it to the sender and ask him to cover the cost of shipping;
• the above return and refund policy is only valid for private customers and not for resellers;
• the above return and refund policy does not apply to customised and/or made-to-order products.

For an optimal management of practices, the User is required to carefully follow the procedures indicated on this page, following the instructions and awaiting confirmation from our operators when requested.

Size change product replacement

We do not carry out size changes and/or replacements.

Right to withdraw

The User who is not satisfied with the purchase and does not wish to replace it with any other product (or receive a voucher of equal value) can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the product, as provided for by current legislation. The expenses for the return of the product are to be considered at the expense of the User, who will have to return the items through 15 working days. The refund will be paid through 10 working days of receipt of the product at our logistic centre.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The relationship between Cavalleria Toscana SPA and the User is governed by Italian law and jurisdiction.
