Shipping and delivery

Rider's Gene ships to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary by DHL couriers.

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise. All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise. Shipping cost for Switzerland includes duty and import fees.

Shipment date

Items will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.

Estimated transit time after dispatch:
Italia: 1-2 Business days
Europa: 2-3 Business days

Shipment date for customized products

Personalized products will be dispatched in 5 weeks following order completion. The mentioned timing is approximate and refers to the moment in which the product is assigned to the courier for delivery. Timing may vary depending on product type and amount of personalization you intend to incorporate. RG cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of RG.

Tracking

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from Rider's Gene specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
